iTaobuy Spreadsheet Guide: Direct Buy, Fill&Buy and MegaShip Routes

iTaobuy separates Direct Buy, Fill&Buy, forwarding and MegaShip into distinct routes, so the same spreadsheet row can mean three very different kinds of order. Keep route-specific proof — the product link or seller album, the variant, domestic delivery, the QC decision and the parcel plan — so a manual order stays as auditable as a standard marketplace order.

Facts updated 2026-09-19

iTaobuy is a shopping agent built around choosing an ordering route before paying: Direct Buy for marketplace pages it can parse, Fill&Buy for seller albums or incomplete links that need manual instructions, and forwarding for goods you buy yourself and route to its warehouse. Each route produces a different evidence trail, so this page focuses on recording the source link or seller details, the chosen variant, domestic delivery, the QC decision and the parcel plan instead of treating every order as identical. After warehouse arrival, inspection, consolidation and international delivery are handled as separate decisions, and MegaShip covers larger DDP sea-freight consignments.

About iTaobuy

iTaobuy is easier to understand as a routing platform than as one fixed checkout path. A Taobao or Weidian listing that parses cleanly, a Yupoo seller album that needs typed instructions, and an item the buyer has already purchased elsewhere do not enter the service the same way. Direct Buy, Fill&Buy and forwarding pull those different sources into a single warehouse workflow for visible-condition QC, consolidation and international dispatch, while MegaShip extends that workflow to eligible DDP sea-freight loads advertised up to 3 tons. The practical question is therefore not simply whether the advertised service fee is zero, but which route controls the purchase, which costs appear at each handoff, and which evidence the buyer should review before authorising shipment. Our testing team ordered across all three routes and found that the route choice, more than any headline rate, determines how much of the order the buyer still has to verify manually.

What works well

1

Three buying modes in one account: direct links, manual Fill&Buy and warehouse forwarding

2

Explicit support for mixed sources, including Weidian, Yupoo and Xianyu workflows

3

MegaShip DDP sea freight for oversized consignments advertised up to 3 tons

4

Warehouse QC photos, parcel consolidation, a freight estimator and optional Worry-Free Shipping

What to check

1

The displayed CNY-to-USD rate can add more cost than the $0 service-fee headline suggests

2

Coupons may carry minimum spends, route restrictions, caps and expiry dates that change after registration

3

Basic QC covers visible issues only; it does not prove authenticity, materials or long-term durability

4

International freight, domestic seller shipping and optional services are charged separately from the item price

Three entrances, one warehouse

Direct Buy is for supported marketplace pages that iTaobuy can parse into a normal order. Fill&Buy is the manual route for seller albums, second-hand listings or private offers where the buyer has to supply instructions. Forwarding works differently again: you purchase independently and send the parcel to the iTaobuy warehouse. All three can end in consolidation, but responsibility for seller communication, price confirmation and order details is not identical. Decide the route before you compare costs, because that decision shapes what you will have to check later.

The spreadsheet handoff is where most mistakes start

A spreadsheet cell usually carries a source URL, not a complete buying decision. Open the original listing and the iTaobuy result side by side and match the seller, item identity, selected version, quantity, source price and Chinese domestic freight. If a page cannot be parsed, do not force it through Direct Buy — move it to Fill&Buy and preserve the seller's instructions. This short handoff check stops a clean-looking agent page from hiding a wrong variant or an incomplete manual order.

Warehouse arrival is a decision point, not a waiting room

Warehouse intake creates four choices: accept the item, ask for clarification, pursue a return, or hold it for consolidation. iTaobuy's basic inspection looks at visible defects and whether obvious details such as size and colour appear correct. It cannot establish authenticity, internal materials, fit or durability. Review the images promptly rather than treating the 90-day free-storage period as a reason to delay; the warehouse clock is for consolidation planning, not quality assurance.

Choose the shipping architecture, not just the cheapest line

Ordinary parcel lines suit typical consumer hauls and should be compared by chargeable weight, restrictions, tax treatment, compensation and the route estimate. MegaShip is a separate DDP sea-freight use case advertised for eligible oversized consignments up to 3 tons, aimed at the EU, United States, United Kingdom and Canada. A lower per-kilogram headline does not automatically make sea freight suitable: confirm minimums, destination coverage, item restrictions, handling needs and the live final quote before committing.

Follow one cost trail from CNY source price to USD payment

A useful spreadsheet check records both the source price and the agent's displayed total. On 2026-09-19, a supplied Weidian item showed CNY 860 on iTaobuy and US$151.29 for the product, giving 860 ÷ 151.29 = 5.6844 CNY per US$1. The same preview added CNY 15 domestic shipping, shown as US$2.64, for an order total of US$153.93, with international shipping excluded. That is a checkout snapshot, not a permanent rate — re-run the calculation for your own order and record the date, currency, domestic charges, optional services and international freight as separate fields.

How to use iTaobuy

1Sort each row into the correct buying route

Use Direct Buy when iTaobuy correctly parses a supported marketplace listing. Use Fill&Buy when a Yupoo album, Xianyu offer or private seller needs manual details typed in. Use forwarding only when you are buying independently and just need the iTaobuy warehouse to receive and consolidate the goods.

2Compare the source page with iTaobuy's parsed page

Keep the original listing open beside iTaobuy and check the seller, item identity, version, size or colour, quantity, CNY price and domestic freight. If important information disappears during parsing, stop and correct the route instead of assuming the agent page is complete.

3Record the complete pre-warehouse cost

Write down the source CNY price, the USD price iTaobuy displays, domestic delivery and any optional service. If you plan to fund the wallet, inspect the selected payment channel's actual-payment amount as a separate checkpoint, and apply coupon thresholds only after the parcel route is known.

4Turn QC photos into an accept, clarify or return decision

Inspect the warehouse images as soon as they appear. Accept when visible details match the order, ask for clarification when the photos are inconclusive, and request a return promptly while the seller's rules still allow it. The 90-day free-storage window is a consolidation period, not an extended QC deadline.

5Build the shipment around the parcel, not the coupon

For an ordinary haul, compare live parcel lines by chargeable weight, restrictions, tax treatment and compensation. For an eligible oversized load, price MegaShip separately and confirm its DDP coverage, minimums and handling rules before applying a route-compatible shipping coupon and submitting the parcel.

Does the $0 service fee mean an iTaobuy order has no extra cost?
No. A verified preview showed no separate service-fee line, but it did show a product total of US$151.29 plus US$2.64 domestic shipping, with international shipping excluded. Keep product price, domestic delivery, conversion result, payment-channel amount, optional services and international freight as separate fields.
How long can items sit in the iTaobuy warehouse for free?
iTaobuy lists 90 days of free warehouse storage. Use that period to wait for other orders and plan consolidation, but do not confuse it with the seller's return window. An extension feature has been announced; current extension charges and overdue handling should be checked in your account.
How should iTaobuy coupons be documented in a spreadsheet?
Treat a coupon as dated metadata rather than a guaranteed discount. Record its face value, percentage cap, minimum freight, eligible routes, expiry date and the date you last checked it. Before submitting a parcel, confirm the same terms in the Coupon Center and compare the final freight after application.
