HipoBuy Spreadsheet: QC, Rehearsal Parcel & Shipping Guide

Hipobuy's differentiator is the Rehearsal Parcel checkpoint. Build the spreadsheet so that pre-dispatch review becomes a decision record: QC approved, rehearsal details checked, insurance selected and the live route quote confirmed before you dispatch.

Facts updated 2026-09-19

Hipobuy is a China shopping agent whose workflow is built around a pre-dispatch checkpoint: a pasted marketplace link becomes a structured order, goods move into a China warehouse for acceptance and quality inspection, and a Rehearsal Parcel stage reviews the packed parcel before an international line is chosen. Our testing team used that same sequence to organise a spreadsheet, keeping the source item price, seller-to-warehouse freight and the final international route quote in separate columns instead of collapsing them into one headline number.

About Hipobuy

Hipobuy makes the first hand-off unusually visible. A pasted marketplace link becomes a structured order showing the source amount, a USD display and seller-to-warehouse freight. After payment the order moves into a China-warehouse stage where Hipobuy states that acceptance and quality inspection take place; the parcel stage then adds rehearsal and destination-based shipping estimation. In the Weidian check our testing team ran, itemID 7661745556 showed ¥860, about US$148.75, plus ¥15 domestic freight, with fee data dated 2026-09-19. Hipobuy's own fee guide keeps these checkpoints separate from international shipping and customs, so the useful record is a dated trail from parsed listing to packed parcel rather than a single headline price.

What works well

1

The order page exposes three figures before a parcel exists at all: the source CNY price, a USD display and the domestic seller-to-warehouse freight.

2

Parcel rehearsal and the shipping estimator give a second decision point after warehouse inspection, before any international route is selected.

What to check

1

The USD figure is a dated product-page display. It does not include the later international quote, customs or every payment-channel cost, and the listed exchange rate is a snapshot rather than a delivered-cost estimate.

2

Individual order reports are single data points, not service guarantees. Confirm the live route, final quote and after-sales terms in your own account before dispatching.

What should I verify before trusting a Hipobuy order?

Use the original marketplace page as the control. Match seller, option, quantity and CNY amount to Hipobuy's parsed order, then save a screenshot or note of the USD display and domestic freight. Hipobuy's own disclaimer notes that listing information comes from third parties, so a warehouse inspection is a checkpoint rather than proof that a seller's item is authentic or accurately described.

Why is Hipobuy's warehouse stage important?

Hipobuy describes warehouse acceptance and quality inspection after goods arrive. That creates a practical pause between buying and international shipping: record the received quantity, variant, photos and any clarification request before you rehearse the parcel or commit to a route.

When should I use Hipobuy's parcel rehearsal and estimator?

Use them only after the relevant goods have reached the warehouse and you know the packed dimensions or chargeable weight. The estimator covers the international leg, so keep it separate from the item amount and seller-to-warehouse freight shown in the test row. Compare route, restrictions, customs treatment and delivery estimate on the same date.

How do Hipobuy's published fees map to my spreadsheet?

Hipobuy's fee guide describes a total built from item cost, international shipping and customs. Item cost covers the marketplace price plus domestic seller-to-warehouse shipping, and the customs declaration is generally RMB 10 depending on the method. Give each component its own column, then add optional services or payment-channel charges only when your account actually shows them.

How to use Hipobuy

11. Start with a link-and-option check

Open the original Weidian, Taobao or 1688 listing beside Hipobuy and confirm seller, variant, quantity and source CNY price before treating the parsed page as usable. Our test Weidian itemID 7661745556 showed ¥860 with ¥15 domestic freight. A missing option is a reason to use Fill&Buy or contact support, never a reason to assume a variant.

22. Freeze the payment snapshot

Before paying, record the CNY item amount, domestic freight, USD display, payment route and date as separate values. The exchange rate belongs in its own cell and should not be read as a delivered-cost estimate. Use only the payment method shown in your current Hipobuy account.

33. Make the warehouse result actionable

When Hipobuy marks goods received, compare quantity and options against your row, save inspection photos and log any clarification or after-sales request. This is the point where you decide whether a seller's item is ready to combine. Do not invent a storage or return deadline that the live account has not stated.

44. Rehearse the parcel before choosing a route

Once items are ready, use Hipobuy's rehearsal and estimation tools with destination, packed dimensions or chargeable weight and shipping method. Log the quoted international freight, the customs reference (generally RMB 10 depending on method), optional services and the quote date. That price belongs to the packed parcel, not to the product snapshot.

What is Hipobuy best at showing before payment?
Its parsed product page can expose the source CNY amount, a USD display and seller-to-warehouse freight in the same order view. Save those three figures separately — they describe the purchase stage only, while international shipping and customs come later.
Does the Hipobuy USD display equal my delivered cost?
No. The displayed item amount is one purchase-stage figure. Keep domestic freight in its own column, then add the live international parcel quote, the customs reference and any payment-channel fee actually shown in your account before comparing delivered totals.
How should I record a Hipobuy warehouse issue?
Leave the original row unchanged and add a dated issue note covering received quantity, option mismatch, inspection photo reference, support request and outcome. That preserves what Hipobuy showed at intake instead of overwriting the evidence after a seller or support reply.
